Yoga for Athletes
Less like traditional vinyasa yoga and more like barefoot movement exploration to the beat of the breath (and some loud music) - sweaty, stretchy, empowering and accessible. Expect to try something new, fall over, try again, reconnect with your curiousity and leave feeling like a cool million. This is how we level up.
