Classes include careful instruction on movements, a workout based on those movements, and further explanation of how we think about fitness, our training methodologies, and priorities.
We know trying a new workout class or gym can be intimidating, so we’ve built our intro class to allow anyone to jump right in, regardless of fitness background and experience.
The class is designed for both athletes new to functional fitness as well as athletes with cross training experience.
This class is not required before starting our New Member Series. All local athletes are welcome to join any Conditioning class one time for free.
