Today's WOD* 

Each day a new WOD is posted and it's part of a complete program designed to improve your strength and conditioning.

Our program is characterized by three days of work before one day of rest, though many athletes may alter this schedule to fit their fitness goals.

The WOD can be scaled (adjusted) to provide a suitable challenge for athletes at any level and over time you should see improvements and many achievements.
